Our extensive Splining facilities include machines that can cut splined shafts of up to 3m long and 300mm Diameter.

We also have the ability to cut internal splines using either broaching or gear shaping methods. We can produce splined shafts with internal diameters of  1m and 200mm face width.

A very comprehensive range of Hobs and Cutters are available which enables us to cut numerous spline designs.

We can produce special splined shafts with customer specific features such as minimum backlash for increased reliability and quieter running and increase capacity by heat-treating the splined shafts.  

We also have competitive cylindrical grinding and gear grinding options to produce highly accurate finishes to gears and gear related products.
